Novus Talent is about helping young people develop their careers in IT Sales, from providing advice and guidance about the industry, through to mentoring and career development advice.  We are a small but focused team who have 'been there and done it'.  We'd now like to pass on some of the skills we have learned.

Mike and Richard have worked together for over 15 years and have been fortunate enough to work in a fast growing environment driven by success and quarterly goals!
